Congratulations! You are about to embark on the American Dream...buying a house! You and your spouse went to college and have jobs with excellent incomes. However, after doing your income taxes recently, you realize that DINKS (Double Income No KidS) get hit hard in taxes when they have no deductions. After much discussion, you and your spouse decide to buy a house to help lower your income taxes.
