Excel Project

The BOE was presented with a proposal to maximize unspent funding from New York State as part of the 2002 building project. EXCEL funding does not increase the tax burden on residents. Several areas are under consideration by the Board of Education including: (1) Boys and Girls locker upgrades (2) Refurbishing the front of the stage in the Auditorium (Old Gym) (3) Adding a Computer Lab in the Middle School (4) Upgrading interior work in the school building. Approximately $75,000 plus school aid is available.
