"RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Margaretville Central School District is authorized to spend an amount not to exceed $10,673,038 to meet the necessary expenses of the 2008-09 school year."		BUDGET
"RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Margaretville Central School District is hereby authorized and directed to purchase two school buses, for an amount not to exeed $106,000, to be paid from fund balance, or so much thereof as may be necessary shall be raised by tax on the taxable property of the school district to be collected in annual installments, and to issue obligations of the district in accordance with Education Law and Local Finance Law."
