The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Margaretville Central School District was held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 in the District Office.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Lee Austin, Barbara Funck, Robbie Martin, and Al Tanzer.		ROLL CALL
OTHERS PRESENT: Tony Albanese (Superintendent), Karen Dietrich (Treasurer) and Teresa Goodchild (Clerk).
At 8:00AM, President Austin called the Special Conversational Meeting to order.		CALL TO ORDER
IT WAS MOVED by Mr. Tanzer, seconded by Mrs. Martin to approve the Tax Warrant in the amount of $5,970,054.94 for the 2008-09 school year. Motion carried unanimously.		TAX WARRANT
IT WAS MOVED by Mr. Austin, seconded by Mrs. Martin to adjourn the meeting at 8:05AM. Motion carried unanimously.		ADJOURNMENT
